Overview
Pellings has a long-term relationship with Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and has been involved in improving its estate to support the Trust’s service users. Examples include:
- Little Plumstead Hospital: The works are to Broadlands Clinic at Little Plumstead Hospital, and this is a Medium Secure Facility.
- Warren Court: Refurbishment of 5 existing houses and construction of a new build extension forming a medium secure Unit.
- Lexden Hospital: Internal refurbishment and creation of a new low-stimuli room, which included the update of all doors, installation of a heating and cooling system and the creation of an Observation Room.
- Saffron Ground: The works comprised the internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of an existing open plan office space, to create the new mixed use accommodation for office and outpatient accommodation for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
- Harperbury Hospital: Extension and refurbishment of a medium secure Unit.
